We have some Very Baby doll faced Yorkies with big eyes and short muzzles in our breeding program and hope to one day have all baby doll faces.

We strive for perfect confirmation, nice square frames and we just love those tiny short muzzles.  Most of our dogs are very typey when it comes to their overall look however we are looking to put Baby doll faces with the wide set  big eyes and short muzzles along with amazing coats on all of our future babies. Our dogs and puppies are well socialized, playing daily with us and our kids. Puppies will come pre-spoiled and ready for your family to enjoy!  Most of  our dogs are placed in homes as pets and without breeding rights as we are continuely striving for excellence in our breeding program. Puppies listed as PET ONLY...will be placed without papers and depending on thier size when they leave, may also be spayed or neutered before leaving. This not only ensures that they are PETS ONLY but also saves their new owner the cost of doing it later on. We are a family of breeders and not all of our dogs are in one place and/or owned by one person. We share expenses as well as values and work very hard together to get the very best out of all of our babies. Any baby you adopt from EPY will come with all the same love and affection. If the parents are not listed on our site, then they are not owned by the family or friends of EPY. 

We do often place dogs/puppies for other breeders who would like our help in placing their babies. We have taken a lot of time to work with these people and make sure that they have the same care as we do here at EPY. These breeders are not partners of EPY just friends that we help out in placing their babies. Most of these breeders still offer puppies with breeding rights, as long as the puppy is the right size and quality. 

We offer an amazing 1-5 year health guarantee against life threatening congenital or genetic defects, including liver shunts. Only a handful of breeders offer this long of a guarantee!  This is how committed we are to raising the highest quality Yorkies for our customers and building our reputation as one of the best breeders in the country!  

All our Extreme puppies are born and raised in our home. Puppies are handled and loved everyday from the day they are born. Moms get extra special treatment with all of the food they can eat and lots of attention. We want our puppies to be well socialized and ready for you to enjoy and love. Potty training starts as soon as the puppies are ready to start exploring their surroundings with puppy pads and a little later, with the use of the dog door once they have had all 4 sets of shots. All of our dogs are dog door trained. We do start puppies however with crate training at around 7 weeks to help with their transition to their new homes.
